Iran magnificent tulips all in one place

Spectacular tulips field in Iranian province of Alborz showcases a wide spectrum of natural colors.   

The Tulips Festival is annually held in a large field in Karaj city, featuring some 40 varieties of tulips.

Each year, this area hosts tourists and nature lovers during spring as it is the time that a great number of tulips.

 Tulips have always been considered popular among the Iranian people. They have been mentioned in many poems and songs, as well.

Karaj is the provincial capital of Alborz and is located near Tehran.
